We charge 1.95% of the sales price to sell your home. This is half of the traditional commission charged by many other brokerages. Based on a $500,000 home and a 3% listing commission, that’s a savings of $5,250!!

Listing with Sidewalk Homes is absolutely free. That’s right, we’ll list your home on the mls with 9 photos, market it on multiple websites, including Realtor.com and Craigslist, make professional flyers, place a Sidewalk Homes sign and East Bay lockbox on the property, hold one open house, draft you a ‘net sheet’ of estimated seller proceeds, and if we don’t sell your home, you owe us nothing.
Cancel our Listing at Any Time for Any Reason
Things change. We won’t hold it against you. If, at any time before your home is placed in escrow, you decide to cancel our listing agreement, for any or no reason, simply call us and tell us you’d like to cancel your listing with Sidewalk Homes. We’ll pick up our things, shake your hand, and wish you the best. Really. |
